In the wee hours of a New Orleans morning (Dec.2003), the Cajun Bajan Cafe was conceived over some good food and wine...the name and concept recorded on a cocktail napkin.
With the help and encouragement of family and friends, Cajun Bajan Cafe was born on Halloween 2005...talk about a long labour!
Our mission is simple...
...to deliver fresh, consistently good food in a relaxing, clean environment every day.
Each meal is cooked to order, so when we're busy, there will be a wait...but it's well worth it.
And no...we DON'T have a microwave.
